RETURN POLICY

When can I return my product?

1. A consumer may cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that:

  • the product has not been used
  • the product has not been opened
  • the consumer has not renounced his right of cancellation


2. The reflection period of 14 days as referred to in paragraph 1 commences:
on the day after the consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order


3. The consumer can notify his right of cancellation via info@sihamazouz.com.


4. The consumer is obliged to return the product to Siham Azouz within 14 days after the notification ofhis right of cancellation, after which period his right of cancellation will lapse.


5. The costs for return of the products are at the expense of the customer.


If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
